What is COD? 

COD stands for Cash on Delivery. COD is a payment method where you make the payment for the item in cash, when the courier company delivers the item to you.

How does COD work?

You buy an item using the COD option, and then we ships the item to you by courier. The courier company will deliver the item to you & collect the total item cost in cash as payment for the item.

Can I purchase any item through COD?

Only the items showing the COD mode of payment available for your address. COD is not applicable on International Orders

Can I pay by COD if I am ordering from outside of India?

COD is not applicable on International Orders. International Orders by law are supposed to be prepaid orders. You contact us & communicate your order, we tell you the total amount along with Shipping Charges (which will be at actual & are usually nominal as we ship Worldwide). You can trasnfer the amount to the bank account (details will be given to you once you confirm the order). Once we have received the payment, we will process the order. We have successfully delivered orders Worldwide.

Can I place a Prepaid order from India.

Yes in India both modes of payment are available COD & Prepaid (Online Payment).

The product I wish to buy shows COD available, however at the time of payment method selection, I am unable to see this option to complete my purchase?

COD payment option is available only for certain products and for delivery to certain cities/. If your address is not available for COD you can go for the other mode of payments available.

How long will it take for me to receive the item if I buy it through COD?

Generally, delivery takes place within 7 – 10 days. But we strive to deliver it within the given time frame.

What do I do if no one is going to be home when the courier company delivers the item?

Most courier companies will give a call to you before coming over to deliver the item.

I do not normally keep so much cash at home

Most courier companies co-ordinate with you before coming over to deliver the item.

Can I offer cheque for the payment in place of cash?

No. COD payments have to be made in cash only.

Which courier companies will be delivering items to be paid through COD?

• Gati/Fedex/BlueDart/Ecom Express/DotZot etc

Shipment time

Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided (7-10 working days); which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors. But it's mostly earlier.

 Transit Risk

All orders sent by us are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

In case of loss of order while ‘in transit’, Nature's Own shall re-process the order.

However, Nature's own shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), once the same has been delivered by the courier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order.

Delay in Shipment

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative (7-10 working days) and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of products. Return is only applicable if you found the products already tampered with before delivery.
