You can cancel your order through phone before the product has been shipped. You’re entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped & or delivered to you.

For hygienic reasons we do not accept the return of products. Return is only applicable if you found the products already tampered with before delivery.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us on 93223 13734, or mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
We will process your refund within 5-7 working days, after receipt of the product (kindly refer to when return is applicable) & inspected by our team & found fit & un-tampered or used. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order as mentioned hereunder.
1. Orders paid by credit/debit card/net banking will be refunded by credit back to the respective credit/debit card/net banking account as provided at the time of placing the order. It may take upto 7-10 working days for respective banks’ to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or net banking account. 2. For all other modes of payment, we will send a cheque in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
3. For products already consumed in part or whole no refund will be provided
