Quantity - 100 tablets
Dosage: 3 tablets first thing in the morning on empty stomach after waking up with 1 glass lukewarm water, breakfast should follow atleast after a gap of 30 mins. 3 tablets in the night before going to bed with 1 glass lukewarm water, it should be atleast an hour or two after dinner.

4 tablets with lukewarm before bed with lukewarm water  is suggested when it is paired with the morning Nam Up (pink label), then this becomes the night dose.
